4. Booking Process
4.1 Inquiry and Consultation
The booking process begins with an inquiry through our website or contact forms. We will schedule a consultation to understand your preferences, requirements, and budget.

5.4 Currency and Exchange Rates

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

- 60-90 days before departure: 30% of total cost
- 30-59 days before departure: 50% of total cost
- 15-29 days before departure: 75% of total cost
- Less than 15 days before departure: 100% of total cost (no refund)
6.2 Cancellation by Once Maison
We reserve the right to cancel a booking in exceptional circumstances (force majeure, insufficient bookings for group travel, etc.). In such cases, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
6.3 Changes to Bookings
Changes to confirmed bookings are subject to availability and may incur fees from suppliers and an administrative fee from Once Maison. We will communicate any applicable fees before processing changes.
7. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that you purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical expenses, baggage loss, and personal liability. Once Maison is not responsible for any costs incurred due to cancellation, delays, or other travel disruptions not caused by us.
8. Your Responsibilities
8.1 Documentation
You are responsible for ensuring you have:
- Valid passport (with at least 6 months validity beyond travel dates)
- Necessary visas and travel authorizations
- Required vaccinations and health certificates
- Travel insurance documentation
8.2 Accurate Information
You must provide accurate information (names, dates of birth, dietary requirements, accessibility needs, etc.) when booking. Errors may result in additional costs or booking cancellations, which are your responsibility.
8.3 Conduct
You agree to conduct yourself in a respectful manner during your travel. We reserve the right to terminate services without refund if your behavior is deemed inappropriate or harmful to others.
9. Our Responsibilities and Limitations
9.1 Service Quality
We strive to provide high-quality, curated travel experiences. However, Once Maison acts as an intermediary between you and third-party service providers (hotels, airlines, tour operators, etc.). We are not liable for:
- Service failures by third-party providers
- Delays, cancellations, or overbookings by airlines, hotels, etc.
- Acts of nature, political unrest, or force majeure events
- Personal injury, illness, or property damage not caused by our negligence
9.2 Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, war, terrorism, pandemics, government restrictions, strikes, or technical failures.
9.3 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Once Maison's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the total amount paid by you for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
